Ray Slaybaugh has been a licensed Realtor in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1974.  Having grown up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, he fell in love with Arizona on a post college (Baldwin Wallace University) tour of the country.  A former Army Ranger and purple heart recipient who served in Vietnam, Ray moved to the Valley of the Sun with his wife Amy in 1971.  He entered the Real Estate profession while enrolled in graduate studies at Arizona State University.  After 2 years in the business, Ray joined Realty Executives in 1976, and has been there ever since.  Ray moved to McCormick Ranch in 1979, when he had his home built by Camelot in the Vista De La Tierra subdivision.   A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and recipient of nearly every award there is for production within Realty Executives over his career (including the Executive Club, 100% Club, Diamond Club), Ray was awarded the company's President's Award in 2006 for a career devoted to integrity and ethics befitting the best of the profession.  A member of the Realty Executives Corporate Relocation Team and Realty Executives Hall of Fame, Ray is also a graduate of the Scottsdale Leadership Program.  Outside of Real Estate, Ray is an avid fisherman and blues connoiseur.  The role that he relishes most these days, however, is that of Grandfather.

 
  Paul Slaybaugh is an Arizona native and 2nd generation Scottsdale AZ Real Estate agent.  A Scottsdale resident his entire life, save the years spent obtaining a criminal justice degree at Texas Christian University, Paul grew up in McCormick Ranch.  Eager to return home upon graduation, Paul joined Ray as a licensed Realtor at Realty Executives in 1999.  As ardent a proponent of the McCormick Ranch lifestyle as you will find, Paul quickly went to work devoting much of his time and efforts to espousing the quality of life that comes with ownership of a home in McCormick Ranch.  With unbridled enthusiam for the Ranch and unique knowledge of the community, Paul achieved membership into the company's prestigious 100% Club for production in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.  The numbers don't tell the story, however.  Paul treats every client like they are the only one he has.  A young man with a young family, commitment to unparalled service is the key to his success and long term business goals.  In the rare moments that Paul is not working, he spends all of his free time with his wife, Brandi, and sons, Jack & Wyatt.  A soccer player and lover of music in a former life, Paul changes diapers now.
